Description
The project is currently owned by Foresight Group with a stake of 100%.
Copely Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 50 hectares.
The electricitiy generated from the plant has offsetted 15,150t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $41.4m.
Development Status
The project got commissioned in December 2015.
Contractors Involved
ENGIE Fabricom UK was selected to render EPC services for the solar PV power project.
Renesola was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the project. The company provided 115,200 modules each with 260W of nameplate capacity.
ENGIE Fabricom UK is the O&M contractor for the solar PV power project for a period of 2 years.
