The project is developed and owned by Fujian Tongda Hydropower.
Daixi is a run-of-river project. The net head of the project is 198m. The project generated 134.27 GWh of electricity.
The hydro power project consists of 2 turbines, each with 25MW nameplate capacity.
The project has 2 electric generators installed at the site. The generator capacity is 25 MVA.

The project construction commenced in 2006 and subsequently entered into commercial operation in 2008.
Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to East China Power Grid under a power purchase agreement, starting from 2010.
