Description

The project is currently owned by Gainesville Regional Utilities.

It is a Steam Turbine power plant that is used for Baseload. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is bituminous. In case of shortage of bituminous the plant can also run on Natural Gas. The fuel is procured from Florida Gas Transmission Company.

The project generated 772,980MWh of electricity.
