Description
The project is currently owned by GenOn Holdings with a stake of 100%.
It is a Gas Turbine power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is natural gas. In case of shortage of natural gas the plant can also run on Distillate Fuel Oil. The fuel is procured from Dominion Energy Gas Pipeline.

GE Power was selected as the turbine supplier for the Dual-Fuel fired project. The company provided 2 units of 7F.04 gas turbines, each with 163MW nameplate capacity.
