Dwarikesh Puram Biomass Power Plant I is a combined heat and power (CHP) project. Bagasse which is a kind of agricultural by-product is used as a feedstock to power the project.
Development Status
The project got commissioned in December 2007.
Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Uttar Pradesh Power under a power purchase agreement for a period of 20 years.
