East Springfield Biomass Project is a 42MW biopower project. It is planned in Massachusetts, the US. The project is currently in announced stage. It will be developed in multiple phases. The project is being developed and currently owned by Palmer Renewable Energy.
The process of combustion will be adopted in this project to release the stored energy from the feed. Wood chips which is a kind of wood by-product will be used as a feedstock to power the project.
