Description

The project is currently owned by East Delta Electricity Production with a stake of 100%.

It is a Gas Turbine power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is natural gas. In case of shortage of natural gas the plant can also run on Light Fuel Oil.

The project got commissioned in 1977.

Contractors Involved

GE Power was selected as the turbine supplier for the Gas fired project. The company provided 6 units of LM6000 gas turbines, each with 48MW nameplate capacity.

GE Power was selected as the turbine supplier for the Gas fired project. The company provided 3 units of PG5341P gas turbines, each with 23.45MW nameplate capacity.

GE Power was selected as the turbine supplier for the Gas fired project. The company provided 3 units of PG5341P gas turbines, each with 24.27MW nameplate capacity.

GE Power supplied 5A2 electric generator for the project.
