The project is developed and owned by Vena Energy Power Resources.
Energon Soleq Ravi Guttigoli Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 243 hectares.
The project generates 226,000MWh electricity thereby offsetting 122,743t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $106.814m.
Development Status
The project construction commenced in 2017 and subsequently entered into commercial operation in March 2018.
Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Chamundeshwari Electricity Supply under a power purchase agreement. The power is sold at the rate of $0.067kWh for a period of 25 years. The contracted capacity is 100MW.
Contractors Involved
juwi India Renewable Energies was selected to render EPC services for the solar PV power project.
JinkoSolar Holding was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the project. The company provided 42,186 modules each with 320W of nameplate capacity.
Schneider Electric supplied 24 of its CS 2000 inverters to the project site.
Schneider Electric supplied 77 of its XC-680 inverters to the project site.
juwi India Renewable Energies is the O&M contractor for the solar PV power project.
