The project was developed by Essel Green Energy and KN Muddebihal Solar Energy. The project is co-owned by Adani Green Energy and Total Solar Singapore, with their respective ownership stake of 50% each.

Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Hubli Electricity Supply under a power purchase agreement. The power is sold at the rate of $0.08kWh for a period of 25 years. The contracted capacity is 20MW.
