The project is developed and owned by Zhongmin (Pingtan) Wind Power.
The project generates 132,477MWh electricity thereby offsetting 108,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

Contractors Involved
Vestas Wind Systems was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The project consists of 24 units of V80-2.0 MW turbines, each with 2MW nameplate capacity.
