The project is being developed by Garden State Offshore Energy. The project is co-owned by Orsted US Offshore Wind and Public Service Enterprise Group, with their respective ownership stake of 50% each.
The project cost is expected to be around $5,793.6m. The project will be spread over an area of 388.498km².
