The project is co-owned by Equatorial Energia, FIP Brasil Energia and Servtec Energia, with their respective ownership stake of 25% each.
It is a Internal Combustion power plant.

Wartsila Brasil was selected to render EPC services for the oil fired power project.
Wartsila was selected as the turbine supplier for thermal power project. The project consists of 38 units of 20V32 turbines, each with 8.73MW nameplate capacity.
Wartsila supplied electric generator for the project.
Wartsila Brasil is the O&M contractor for thermal power project.
