Description
The project is currently owned by Iran Power Development.
It is a Gas Turbine power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is gas. In case of shortage of gas the plant can also run on Diesel.
Development Status
The project got commissioned in March 2009.
Contractors Involved
MAPNA Group was selected to render EPC services for the gas fired power project.
MAPNA Turbine Engineering & Manufacturing was selected as the turbine supplier for thermal power project. The project consists of 4 units of MGT-70(2) turbines, each with 159MW nameplate capacity.
MAPNA Generator Engineering & Manufacturing supplied electric generator for the project.
