The project was developed by Ghost Pine Wind Farm and is currently owned by NextEra Energy Resources with a stake of 100%.
The project supplies enough clean energy to power 24,300 households, offsetting 162,500t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $219.749m.

GE Renewable Energy was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 51 units of 1.6 XLE turbines, each with 1.6MW nameplate capacity.
