The project is being developed and currently owned by Neoen Australia.

Gilgandra Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is planned over 188 hectares.

The project is expected to generate 100,000MWh electricity and supply enough clean energy to power 15,000 households. The project cost is expected to be around $54.5m.

The solar power project consists of 158,000 modules.

Development Status

Post completion of the construction, the project is expected to get commissioned in 2022.
