The project is developed and owned by Grenergy Renovables.
Grenergy Guanajuato Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 85 hectares.
The project generates 86GWh electricity thereby offsetting 16,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $105m.
Development Status
The project got commissioned in February 2021.
Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Comision Federal de Electricidad under a power purchase agreement.
