Jinneng Holding Power Group and China Energy Investment are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 80% and 20% respectively.

It is a Steam Turbine with Cogen power plant.

The Coal fired project consists of 2 steam turbines, each with 330MW nameplate capacity.
