Description

The project is being developed and currently owned by Global Power Generation Australia. The company has a stake of 100%.

The project is expected to supply enough clean energy to power 35,000 households. The project cost is expected to be around $144.9m.

The project will have 117m high towers.

Development Status

Post completion of the construction, the project is expected to get commissioned in 2022.

Power Purchase Agreement

The power generated from the project will be sold to Amazon Web Services under a power purchase agreement.

Contractors Involved

BMD Group is expected to render EPC services for the wind power project.

Vestas Wind Systems will be the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company is expected to provide 23 units of V136-4.2 MW turbines, each with 4.2MW nameplate capacity.

Vestas Wind Systems is expected to perform operations and maintenance for the wind power project for a period of 15 years.
