The project was developed by Hebei Provincial Construction Investment Wind Energy and is currently owned by Hebei Construction Investment Zhangjiakou Wind Energy.

Hebei Kangbao Zhangjiakou Wolongtushan (Hebei Kangbao Zhangjiakou Wolongtushan I) is equipped with Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology S50/750 turbines. The phase consists of 40 turbines with 0.75MW nameplate capacity.

Hebei Kangbao Zhangjiakou Wolongtushan (Hebei Kangbao Zhangjiakou Wolongtushan II) is equipped with GE Renewable Energy 1.5-77 turbines. The phase consists of 33 turbines with 1.5MW nameplate capacity.
