Description

The project was developed by Eurus Energy Holdings and Norsk Vind Energi. Eurus Energy Holdings, ewz (Deutschland), Norsk Vind Energi and Norsk Vind Pro are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 66%, 20%, 7% and 7% respectively.

The project generates 230,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 13,000 households.

The project has 80m high towers.

Development status

The project is currently active. The project got commissioned in July 2011.

Power purchase agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to Axpo Nordic under a power purchase agreement, starting from 2011.

Contractors involved

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The project consists of 32 units of SWT-2.3-93 turbines, each with 2.3MW nameplate capacity.

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy is the O&M contractor for the wind power project. The operation and maintenance contract commenced from 2011, for a period of 5 years.
