Description
The project is developed and owned by Orsted. The company has a stake of 100%.
The wind turbines in the project are installed on fixed foundations. An array of monopile foundations feature in the project.
The project generates 800,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 200,000 households. The project cost is $1,000m.
The project has 68m high towers.

Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Novo Nordisk under a power purchase agreement from 2009. The contracted capacity is 209.3MW.
Contractors Involved
Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 91 units of SWT-2.3-93 turbines, each with 2.3MW nameplate capacity.
Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy is the O&M contractor for the wind power project.
