Hsin Tao Combined Cycle Power Plant is a 600MW gas fired power project. It is located in Hsinchu, Taiwan. The project is currently active. It has been developed in single phase. Post completion of construction, the project got commissioned in March 2002.

Marubeni and Kyuden International are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 50% and 33.2% respectively.
It is a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant. The fuel is procured from CPC Corporation.
The project got commissioned in March 2002.
Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Taiwan Power under a power purchase agreement for a period of 25 years. The contracted capacity is 600MW.
GE Power was selected as the turbine supplier for the Gas fired project. The Gas fired project consists of 1 steam turbine.

Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction supplied steam boiler for the project.
GE Power is the O&M contractor for thermal power project.
