Huadian-Teninskaya CHP Plant is a 483MW gas fired power project. It is located in Yaroslavl, Russia. The project is currently active. It has been developed in single phase. Post completion of construction, the project got commissioned in June 2017.

The project is developed by LLC Huadian-Teninskaya and Sintez Group. These companies also have ownership stakes in the project.
It is a CCGT with Cogen power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is natural gas. In case of shortage of natural gas the plant can also run on Diesel.
The project generated 3,020,000MWh of electricity. The project cost is $600m.
The project got commissioned in June 2017.
The Gas fired project have been supplied by Power Machines and Siemens.
Siemens supplied electric generator for the project.
Podolsk Machine-Building Plant ZIO supplied steam boiler for the project.
