It is a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant that is used for Baseload.

Contractors Involved
Aurecon Group Brand, Downer EDI and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries were selected to render EPC services for the gas fired power project.
Mitsubishi Power was selected as the turbine supplier for the Gas fired project. The company provided 1 steam turbine with 135MW nameplate capacity.
Mitsubishi Power was selected as the turbine supplier for the Gas fired project. The company provided 1 unit of M701F3 gas turbine with 250MW nameplate capacity.
Mitsubishi Power supplied electric generator for the project.
Downer EDI supplied steam boiler for the project.
