The project was developed by Cobra Instalaciones y Servicios and Grupo Gransolar. The project is currently owned by InterEnergy Holdings.
Ikakos Solar PV Project is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 98 hectares.
The project generates 84.58GWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 22,000 households, offsetting 56,836t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $48m.

Contractors Involved
Grupo Gransolar was selected to render EPC services for the solar PV power project.
Jinko Solar was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the project. The company installed 138,960 modules at the site.
Jema Energy supplied 16 of its 2.6 MVA IFX6 1500 V inverters to the project site.
The project is utilising single axis trackers supplied by Solar Steel Gonvarri Industries.
