Description

The project is developed and owned by Nippon Paper Ishinomaki Energy Center.

The project cost is $189.242m.

The process of combustion has been adopted in this co-firing project to release the stored energy from the feed. Wood waste which is a kind of wood by-product is used as a feedstock to power the project.

Contractors Involved

Fuji Electric was selected as the steam turbine supplier for the project. The company provided 1 unit of Cylinder reheat condensing turbine turbine.

Sumitomo Heavy Industries supplied steam boiler for the project.Fuji Electric supplied the electric generator for the project.

Nippon Paper Industries is the O&M contractor for the project.
