Description
The project was developed by Shizen Energy and Trina Solar Japan Energy. Ishinomaki Kizuna GK and Trina Solar Japan Energy are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 85% and 15% respectively.
Ishinomaki Numazu Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 220,000 square meters.
The project generates 16,080MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 4,400 households.

The project got commissioned in September 2017.
Power purchase agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Tohoku Electric Power under a power purchase agreement. The power is sold at the rate of $0.322kWh for a period of 20 years.
