The project is being developed and currently owned by CGN Wind Power.
The project is expected to generate 101,129MWh electricity to offset 97,437t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

Jilin Baicheng Tongyu Xinfa B Wind Farm (Jilin Baicheng Tongyu Xinfa B Wind Farm – Phase I) will be equipped with Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology turbines. The phase consists of 19 turbines, each with 2.5MW nameplate capacity.
Jilin Baicheng Tongyu Xinfa B Wind Farm (Jilin Baicheng Tongyu Xinfa B Wind Farm – Phase II) will be equipped with Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology turbine. The phase consists of 1 turbine with 2MW nameplate capacity.
