The project is developed and owned by Tibet Development and Investment.
The hydro reservoir capacity is 0.381 million cubic meter. The project generated 357 GWh of electricity. The project cost is $62.924m.
The hydro power project consists of 3 turbines, each with 22MW nameplate capacity.
