Kabwelume is a run-of-river project. The project cost is expected to be around $54.508m.
Development Status

Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project will be sold to ZESCO under a power purchase agreement.
Contractors Involved
China National Electric Engineering is expected to render EPC services for the hydro power project.
