Description
The project is currently owned by RusHydro.
Kamskaya is a run-of-river project. The hydro reservoir capacity is 12,200 million cubic meter. Kamskaya underwent through rehabilitation & modernization during 2010 – 2015. The project generated 1,700 GWh of electricity.
The project has 23 electric generators installed at the site.

Ukrainian Energy Machines was selected as the turbine supplier for the hydro power project. The company provided 10 units of kaplan turbines, each with 21MW nameplate capacity.
