Description
The project is being developed and currently owned by Vintage Holding Japan. The company has a stake of 100%.
The project is expected to generate 177.61GWh electricity and supply enough clean energy to power 50,000 households. The project cost is expected to be around $75m.
Palm kernel shells which is a kind of agricultural by-product will be used as a feedstock to power the project.
Development Status
The project construction is expected to commence from 2022. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by 2023.
