The project is developed and owned by Achar Energy 2007.
The gross head and net head of the project are 11m and 10.45m respectively. The project generated 226.39 GWh of electricity. The project cost is $90m.

Zhefu Holding Group was selected as the turbine supplier for the hydro power project. The company provided 5 units of bulb turbines.
