The project was developed by Duke Energy Renewables. Duke Energy Renewables and John Hancock Life Insurance are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 51% and 49% respectively.

The project supplies enough clean energy to power 15,000 households. The project cost is $122.043m.

The project has 80m high towers.

Power Purchase Agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association under a power purchase agreement for a period of 20 years. The contracted capacity is 51MW.

Contractors Involved

GE Renewable Energy was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 34 turbines, each with 1.5MW nameplate capacity.

Duke Energy Renewables is the O&M contractor for the wind power project.
