The project was developed by Dogal Enerji Elektrik Uretim. The project is co-owned by Demirer Enerji Uretim and Polat Enerji Sanayi ve Ticaret, with their respective ownership stake of 50% each.
The project generates 88,000MWh electricity thereby offsetting 54,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.
The Concrete towers installed at the Kozbeyli RES (Kozbeyli I), site are 85m high.

Kozbeyli RES (Kozbeyli I) is equipped with Enercon E-70 / 2,300 kW turbines. The phase consists of 14 turbines with 2.3MW nameplate capacity.
Kozbeyli RES (Kozbeyli II) is equipped with Enercon E-92 / 2,350 kW turbine. The phase consists of 1 turbine with 2.35MW nameplate capacity.
