Description

The project is currently owned by Basin Electric Power Coop with a stake of 100%.

It is a Steam Turbine power plant that is used for Baseload. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is lignite. In case of shortage of lignite the plant can also run on Subbituminous. The fuel is procured from Glenharold Mine.
