The project was developed by Changtu Liaoneng Xiexin Wind Power.
The electricitiy generated from the plant has offsetted 100,929t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $73.968m.

Contractors Involved
Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 67 turbines, each with 0.75MW nameplate capacity.
