The project is developed and owned by Guodian Linghai Wind Power.
The electricitiy generated from the plant has offsetted 117,850t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $74.25m.

The project is currently active. The project got commissioned in July 2008.
Contractors Involved
Sinovel Wind Group was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 33 units of SL1500/77 turbines, each with 1.5MW nameplate capacity.
