Statkraft, TronderEnergi Kraft and Eidsiva Energi are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 48.6%, 35% and 12% respectively.

Litjfossen is a reservoir based project. The hydro reservoir capacity is 153 million cubic meter. The gross head of the project is 289m. The project generated 160 GWh of electricity.

The hydro power project consists of 1 turbine with 75MW nameplate capacity.
