DEC Dongfang Electric Machinery was selected as the turbine supplier for the hydro power project. The company provided 6 units of francis turbines, each with 360MW nameplate capacity.
Tianjin Alstom Hydro supplied 6 electric generators for the project. The generator capacity is 379 MVA.
