The project is developed and owned by Guangxi Water / Electric Power Construction Group.
Luodong is a run-of-river project. The hydro reservoir capacity is 185 million cubic meter. Luodong underwent through rehabilitation & modernization during 1993-1994, 2006.
The hydro power project consists of 2 turbines, each with 25MW nameplate capacity.
The hydro power project consists of 1 turbine with 20MW nameplate capacity.
