The project is being developed by Canadian Solar and Usina Fotovoltaica Marangatu Solar Spe. The project is co-owned by Canadian Solar and Interalli Administracao e Participacoes, with their respective ownership stake of 50% each.

Marangatu Solar PV Park 1 is a ground-mounted solar project.

The project cost is expected to be around $30.9m.

Development Status

The project construction is expected to commence from 2022. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by 2023.
