The project is currently owned by Amazonas Geracao E Transmissao De Energia with a stake of 100%.

It is a Internal Combustion power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is diesel. In case of shortage of diesel the plant can also run on Fuel Oil.

Contractors Involved

Telemenia was selected to render EPC services for the oil fired power project.

Rolls-Royce Holdings was selected as the engine supplier for the Oil fired project. The company supplied MTU-16V, MTU-12V model engines for the project.

Rolls-Royce Holdings supplied electric generator for the project.
