Middle Spat Gah is a 489MW hydro power project. It is planned on Gabarband Gah river/basin in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. The project is currently in announced stage. It will be developed in single phase. The project construction is likely to commence in 2024 and is expected to enter into commercial operation in 2027.

The project is being developed and currently owned by Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority.
The gross head and net head of the project will be 775m and 707m respectively. The project is expected to generate 1,876 GWh of electricity. The project cost is expected to be around $682m.
The hydro power project consists of 3 units of pelton turbines.
The project construction is expected to commence from 2024. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by 2027.
