Description
The project is currently owned by Office National de l’Electricite et de l’Eau Potable with a stake of 100%.
It is a Steam Turbine power plant.
The project generated 1,769,323MWh of electricity.

The project got commissioned in December 1984.
Contractors Involved
Ansaldo Energia was selected as the turbine supplier for the Coal fired project. The company provided 2 units of TCDF steam turbines, each with 150MW nameplate capacity.
Ansaldo Energia supplied electric generator for the project.
AC Boilers supplied steam boiler for the project.
