The project was developed by Bissi Holding and is currently owned by 3 New & Partners.
The project generates 80,000MWh electricity thereby offsetting 38,675t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $89.672m.

Tozzi Green was selected to render EPC services for the wind power project.
Enercon was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 18 units of E-70 / 2,300 Kw turbines, each with 2.3MW nameplate capacity.
Tozzi Green is the O&M contractor for the wind power project, commencing from the year 2007.
