The project is currently owned by Enel Generacion Peru SAA with a stake of 100%.
Moyopampa is a run-of-river project. The gross head and net head of the project are 468m and 460m respectively. Moyopampa underwent through rehabilitation & modernization during 2007, 2015. The project generated 468 GWh of electricity.

Contractors Involved
Andritz Hydro was selected as the turbine supplier for the hydro power project. The company provided 3 units of pelton turbines.
ABB supplied 3 electric generators for the project.
