Neemuch – Welspun Energy Solar PV Park is a 151MW solar PV power project. It is located in Madhya Pradesh, India. The project is currently active. It has been developed in single phase. Post completion of construction, the project got commissioned in February 2014.

Description

The project was developed by Walwhan Renewable Energy. GE Energy Financial Services and Walwhan Renewable Energy are currently owning the project.

Neemuch – Welspun Energy Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 754 acres.

The project supplies enough clean energy to power 624,000 households, offsetting 216,372t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $182m.

The project consists of modules with rated capacity of 235W.

Development Status

The project got commissioned in February 2014.
