Oita Solar Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 350,000 square meters.

The project supplies enough clean energy to power 9,000 households. The project cost is $101.612m.

The power generated from the project is sold to Kyushu Electric Power under a power purchase agreement.

Contractors Involved

The solar PV modules for the project were supplied by Sharp and Solar Frontier.

The inverters were procured from Toshiba Mitsubishi-Electric Industrial Systems for the project.
