Power Purchase Agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to MidAmerican Energy under a power purchase agreement, starting from 2018.

Vestas Wind Systems was selected to render EPC services for the Orient Wind Farm (Orient-Wind XI Phase I).

Orient Wind Farm (Orient-Wind XI Phase I) is equipped with Vestas Wind Systems V110-2.0 MW turbines. The phase consists of 51 turbines with 2MW nameplate capacity.

Orient Wind Farm (Orient-Wind XI Phase IIA) is equipped with Vestas Wind Systems V110-2.0 MW turbines. The phase consists of 129 turbines with 2MW nameplate capacity.

Orient Wind Farm (Orient-Wind XI Phase IIB) is equipped with Vestas Wind Systems V120-2.2 turbines. The phase consists of 64 turbines with 2.2MW nameplate capacity.

Vestas Wind Systems is the O&M contractor for the Orient Wind Farm (Orient-Wind XI Phase I), commencing from the year 2018.

Vestas Wind Systems is the O&M contractor for the Orient Wind Farm (Orient-Wind XI Phase IIA), commencing from the year 2019.
